Payment Options
Payment confirms your order. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 12 hours. Submit Mobile Money Payment with your five(5) digit order number( eg, #12345 ) as reference to the MTN number provided at checkout.
In exceptional circumstances, we accept payment on delivery either in cash or Mobile Money payment to the number provided at check out. Kindly reach out if you are unable to make mobile money payment.
Order Processing & Delivery
Once payment is received we will dispatch the items to you the same day if placed before 3 pm(Monday - Saturday). Orders placed after 3 pm will be fulfilled the following business day.
We deliver from Monday to Saturday (M - S). Starting from 11 am to 6 pm. We do not deliver on Sundays and on days that the weather(rain) makes it impossible to do so.

Local Delivery - Greater Accra Region
Delivery fees in Accra are subject to the riders' discretion, based on where the delivery is made. A delivery fee will be communicated to the customer on the day of delivery by the dispatch rider before delivery
From Accra to other Regions
We offer nationwide shipping from Accra to all other regions in Ghana. Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the courier selected.
If you choose to ship via a courier or transport company, they will send you a text message once your order has been received, processed, and is on the way to your delivery location.
